CASA RAVELLA (Barrel Aged White Wine)

Harvest: 2006.
Varieties: 70% Xarello and 30% Chardonnay.

Grape Harvest: Hand picked using 25 kg boxes, harvesting Chardonnay de Montargull at the end of August and Xarello de Cal Font at the beginning of September.

Production: Only the free-run and first-pressed wine was used. Fermentation in new 300 L French Allier oak barrels and American oak barrels after which the wine was aged on its lees for six months and finished in the bottle before being made available to the market.

Production: 2.700 bottles (75 cl)
