Varieties: 80% Xarello and 20%
Chardonnay.
Grape Harvest: Grapes were hand
picked and subject to rigorous selection. The Chardonnay de
Montargull grapes were picked at the beginning of September
and the Xarello de Ordal at the end of the month.
The grapes were picked at the exact moment of optimum maturity.
Production: This wine was produced
by fermenting both varieties in separate stainless-steel tanks
at a controlled temperature of between 15 and 18 degrees.
